My Elec-Traks - Plant Tour and Dinner

The day before the 40th Anniversary Gathering in 2012, some former employees and modern day collectors gathered together to tour what was at one time the manufacturing plant of the General Electric "Elec-Trak" Garden Tractor. The plant has been long shut down and several tenants have occupied the building since then. Still, it was great to hear formwe employees describe the plant and re-live the days when they had built over 30,000 garden tractors there.

After the tour the group got together for dinner at a local resturant where we all got to get to know each other more and trade stories into the night. After chating on-line for so many years it was great to meet everyone in person!
